Terms of Service.
By registering an account you agree all of the following conditions: You may not:

  • You are not allowed to have more then 1 account per person.
  • Sharing your account with other people is not allowed.
  • Use tools to rank faster, or that can change the game play.
  • Use illegal, sexual, discriminating or other kind of explicit content in your signature, messages or forum posts;
  • Use abusive language or discriminate other players.
  • Advertise.
Additional:
  • You play at your own risk.
  • The game cannot be held responsible for any of your actions.
  • Admin's/Moderators are allowed to delete or downgrade your account any time without providing you with a reason.
  • All prices is in Virtual money and cannot be exchanged into real money.
  • We are allowed to change the disclaimer any time without informing the players.
  • We will remove multi-accounts with no warnings - they are not permitted.

Donating & PayPal:

  • PayPal is currently the only way to donate to the game.
  • You can use a Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal funds to buy credits.
  • You may NEVER ever use a Credit Card that you don't have permission to use. If this occurs, then we will have to kick you out of the game.
  • If you have donated and received your credits, you do not have the right to cheat, abuse, or break the ToS in any way. Donating does not give you the right to not follow the ToS. Doing so will get you kicked out of game, or banned.
  • All donations are made through PayPal are final. They can not be returned.

Credits:

  • It is not allowed to sell Credits for real money.
  • Credits only count for one round. you won't receive your unused Credits after a reset.
  • Purchasing Credits will be disabled 1 week before a Reset.
  • You will be informed about a reset at least 1 week before it happens. ( you have till then to spend you Credits.

Health Warning:

  • For your health, be sure to take a break of about 15 minutes during every hour of play. Avoid playing when tired or suffering from lack of sleep. Always play in a well-lit room, sitting as far from the screen as possible. Some people experience epileptic seizures when playing games. Even players who have never had any seizures may nonetheless have an undetected epileptic condition. Consult your doctor before playing games if you have an epileptic condition or immediately should you experience any of the following symptoms during play: dizziness. altered vision. muscle twitching. other involuntary movements. loss of awareness of you surroundings. mental confusion. and / or convulsions.
